Parkinson's disease is largely an older age, but can be experienced in Parkinson's disease phases of childbearing age, around the age of 40 years.

Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease attacks the nerve cells in the brain called the basal ganglia which controls body movements. Nerve cells require a neurotransmitter called dopamine and acetylcholine in the sum of balance in order to provide a signal to the cell to control body movements. Patients with Parkinson's disease will have a shortage of dopamine in the body.

Other genes that cause Parkinson's disease in addition to age are descended, viral infections, and exposure to hazardous chemicals such as insecticides, trichlorethylene (TCE) and perchlorethylene (PERC) which is a solvent paint and glue.
Early symptoms of Parkinson's disease include shaking on one hand, foot, or head while resting called "tremor at rest". In advanced levels, this shaking will be felt on both sides of the body. Besides shaking at rest, movement will also slowed and the body becomes strong. The remainder will be disrupted so that the patient will easily fall. While walking, the patient will suffer a small step on the road like the longer and faster.

Symptoms of Parkinson's disease not only in motor symptoms, but there are also other symptoms such as forgetfulness and dementia, excessive anxiety, depression, personality disorders, sleep disorders, talks into soft like a whisper, writing into small pieces, and become flat faces.
